While there, I had an opportunity to meet/chat with the innovative creator of the risky, but delicious dish. Brian Sullivan, CPK’s SVP of Culinary Innovations, is just as awesome as the pizza/entire experience. He assisted with answering any of our questions, and also waited on our group hand and foot! BTW great smile Brian!!!! 🙂
Next, we dove into a beautifully delicious Harvest Kale Salad. This bowl of greens consists of Baby kale, toasted farro, heirmloom carrots, napa cabbage, red grapes, marinated cranberries, almonds and goat cheese tossed with housemade citrus vinaigrette.
|Our first main dish, was a succulent 12oz USDA choice ribeye, grilled to perfection, with housemade Pinot Noir sea salt and topped with creamy bleu cheese butter. It came served with roasted fingerling potatoes and lemon-garlic arugula salad. #Todiefor!!!!|
Last but not least, came the desserts. Our taste buds had the pleasure of experiencing Salted caramel Pudding (left), S’mores (right), and my fav, Butter Cake (shown above) served warm with housemade whipped cream.
Sassy People…When is the last time you have been to CPK? What’s your favorite item on the menu?
