Hello Sassy Peeps!
If you read my blog you know that I am working really hard to lead a healthier lifestyle. When I first started on this journey I would get really frustrated with myself because as we all know, old habits are REALLY hard to break. Over time I decided to cut myself some slack for two reasons. One, because if I didn’t I knew this would never work. Two, Rome wasn’t built in a day. #Helloooo!
At this point in my journey, I am taking it day by day and if I fall off I don’t beat myself up to bad. I just work to get back on track, ANDDD although I fall off at least once a week, there are a few things that I try to stick with no matter what is going on in my life. Like going to the gym at least three times a week and consistently using my edible beauty oils.
Since I was introduced to edible beauty I use them pretty much every day. I used to always wonder how some women’s skin was always so GLOWLY, how their hair GREW so fast or how they kept their WEIGHT down while from what I am experiencing it has a lot to do with discipline AND Organic edible beauty oils!
