Hello Sassy Peeps!
Mother’s Day is just around the corner and I have to admit I am really excited! My mom and I have already planned out our day.
Mother’s Day Plans:
- Movies (her choice of course)
Although we are having our traditional Mother’s Day Brunch, I decided to switch things up a bit and cook this year. If you know me you know that this is totally out of character! LOL! It’s kinda weird because although I never really do it, I am actually a pretty good cook. However, my ADD always seems to kick in and I lose focus, especially when there are a ton of different ingredients.
Well this year I knew I wanted to do something different and special for her so I decided to search the net for simple bread pudding recipes and the one that I ran across looks divine. It is a Double Chocolate Bread Pudding made with Premier Protein Chocolate Shake, which is perfect for a few reasons:
- I can show her how much I care by going above and beyond
- The dish is SUPER easy to make
- It tastes delicious.
- It is packed with healthy protein
- ANDDDD bread pudding is her favorite. #TotallyWinning! 🙂
After a great meal and DELICIOUS protein packed dessert, she will feel satisfied and have plenty energy for the rest of our Mother’s Day Date.
