Since my ankle break a few years ago, my body has not been the same. I put on weight and it has been a struggle for me to get back to the weight/size I was before the incident. I am usually not that easily sold, but the women that I saw in these ad’s looked great. So I clicked on one of the links to find out more.

This was helpful for me for the initial stage, to get me started. I hope they have this for the rest of the weeks too.

Now I have to be honest, due to Hurricane Irma it took me longer than I wanted to to start the Fitness Guide, but I am sure happy that I have. Yes, one of my goals is to lose weight, but the other one is to tone my body as much as possible and I think that I have found the key to both.





I started the program about three weeks ago and I have seen a difference. I got on the scale; which I hate doing, and starting jumping up and down because it showed that I lost 8 pounds and went from a snug 12 to a snug, sometimes not so snug 10. LOL! #YayMe!!! Additionally, my clothes are fitting much better, my arms/legs are more toned and I am feeling a lot more comfortable in my skin. I am totally giving BodyBoss a virtual high five!

OK, to be honest I am a little surprised at the results. As I worked through the program I kept telling my mom that it might not work because it is so simple. However, to my surprise it does just as promised! Way to go BodyBoss! #NumbersDontLie!
