Fitness and health have been a priority in your life since as far back as I can remember. However, when I was younger it was only a priority because I wanted to remain a certain size or lose weight. Well today it is totally direction. The older I get the more I realize that fitness and health is more than just maintaining a certain size or weight, it is an actual lifestyle.
