Hey Sassy Peeps,
If you follow me on Instagram you know that I have recently started the Countdown to Change YouFit Challenge and I love it! We are in our 4th week and I feel so much stronger, I can actually do situps/pushups now and more than a handful of people have told me that I look leaner! #YassssHunty!
Don’t get me wrong, I have always worked out, or should I say, I have always done a lot of cardio and looked great. It wasn’t until the last few years that I started to notice dimples and bumps in places that I never even knew existed. So now, toning and fitness classes along with free weights have been added to my cardio routine on a regular basis. To be honest, I wish I would have started earlier, so it wouldn’t take me so long to bounce back, but no need to beat myself up, I need to be like Nike and Just Do It.
A little about Countdown to Change – #C2C
What is the Countdown to Change?
It’s a two-month transformation challenge for Youfit members that is based on the percentage of weight loss. Since the program will run from September 1st to October 31st, it’s a great opportunity for our members to live better by getting on a healthy routine going into the holiday months.

I am really happy I decided to take part in this challenge, for more than just weight loss and toning. I have actually made new friends and when I get to class it’s more like I am seeing family again instead of just members of a fitness center! #ItsSoCool! I have to give credit where credit is due. Ryan, our C2C instructor totally sets the tone of the classes. He is so laid back, cool and thorough. He totally rocks. Although we still have over a month left I can already tell I am going to miss the camaraderie amongst the group once the class is over!
