Hello Sassy People:
Wynwood Life Festival has come and gone once again, and the streets of Wynwood are back to normal; well as normal as they are expected to be! Lol!
For those of you who don’t know, Wynwood is a neighborhood located in Miami, Florida that is known for its awesome urban uniqueness and superb street art. Corner after corner, and street after street, you will find beautiful murals of everything amazing. The one piece that I have been dying to see is the Tupac and Biggie Tribute Mural. Eduardo Kobra, finished it in 2013 for Art Basel. Because I am such a Street Art lover, I am embarrassed to say that I have yet to see it. However, I plan on changing that very soon!

Although I didn’t get a chance to stroll through the graffiti filled streets of Wynwood, a friend and I did have the opportunity to attend the festival, in which we covered a concert featuring, Baloji & L’orchestre De La Katuba,. While there, we not only enjoyed the sounds of Baloji, but we also enjoyed seeing the beautiful talent of several participating vendors/local artisans. The products/artwork displayed were just as unique as the neighborhood. I was extremely impressed with the entire festival, but what stood out most to me was the talent of the artists!
