Hey Sassy Peeps,
As we all know, life can be very stressful at times. However, there are things we can do to minimize the stress so that we can keep it moving and continue to live our best lives.
Recently, I found myself feeling overwhelmed. However, instead of just accepting it, I decided to take action and hop in the 2019 Mazda6 and go for a long drive to clear my head. After rolling through South Florida for a few hours I forgot what I was stressing over. This place is so beautiful and the 6 is so fabulous that those petty problems were the furthest thing from my mind.
Keep reading to check out a few things that I usually do when anxiety shows its ugly head…

1. Take a Long Drive
I love to drive so it only makes sense that I hop in the car and go for long drives when under pressure. It usually only takes a minute or two before I forget about whatever was causing me to stress and start to enjoy the driving experience and the scenery around me.
This time I happen to be testing out the extremely fabulous and luxe 2019 Mazda 6 so needless to say ALL was forgotten as soon as I sat in that plush Nappa leather seat. In addition to those comfy and beautiful seats, the innovative technology made it so easy to connect to Bluetooth. Within a matter of minutes, I was connected and my fave playlist was playing as I headed to the beach.
Trust me when I tell you that this car is pretty incredible.
Additionally, this is one of the sedans I had the pleasure of driving at the Heels and Wheels event in Santa Monica, California a few weeks back. To be honest, I knew as soon as I got behind the wheel that it is something fierce!
2. Blast Your Favorite Music
Another thing that helps me to relax is music. I love cranking up the sounds as I drive the scenic route(s). In this case, the Bose 11-Speaker Sound System was my saving grace. Guys, talk about FEELING ALIVE! I did not want to get out of the car, even when I knew it was time to head back home.

3. Head to the Beach
I also like to grab a few friends/family and head to the beach. We usually hang out, drink a few glasses of wine and just shoot the breeze. I find hanging out with good people always makes me feel better.
4. Binge Watch Favorite TV Shows
There is nothing more fun than binge-watching my favorite flicks. I can get lost on TV for hours, especially when I am obsessed with the show. It took everything I had to turn off Stranger Things and finish this post! I am on the third episode of Season 3 and things are getting STRANGER than ever! LOL!
5. Work Out
Another thing that really helps me is working out. It never fails, when I am feeling some type of way after I am done with a good workout I ALWAYS feel so much better. I just take ALL my stress out on the machines and voila like magic I am OVER IT!
Don’t get me wrong, it took me some time to feature out ways to alleviate my stress, but now that I know as soon as I feel any annoyance at all I take action.
So Sassy Peeps! The things I listed above always help me, what things help you to leave the stress behind? Inquiring minds would love to know!
Don’t forget to pin for later!
Have A Happy Healthy, and Remember to Always…Stay Sassy!
